Snow Contractor is a snow removal management platform currently in active development. This website's primary purpose is to describe the product and to let interested contractors join an early-access list. This policy explains, in plain terms, how we handle information submitted through that form.
Information we collect
We collect only what you choose to submit through the early-access / interest form on this site. That may include your name, company name, email address, phone number (if you provide it), the approximate number of properties you manage, your role or company type, and any comments you add.
Like most websites, our servers may also record basic technical request information (such as an IP address) as part of normal operation and to protect the form against automated abuse.
Our public pages (home, pricing, product pages and sign-up) use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages and sources bring people to the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details under Google's privacy policy. We do not use it inside the logged-in app, and we do not send it your account, property or work records. You can block it with a browser setting or extension, and the site works the same without it.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the early-access form is used to:
- Send you product updates and launch information about Snow Contractor.
- Contact you about early-access and early-testing opportunities.
- Communicate with you as part of product development — for example, to understand the problems you want the software to solve.
We do not sell your information. We use it to communicate with you about Snow Contractor.
How your information is stored
Interest-form submissions are stored so that we can contact you when the product is ready and about early-testing opportunities. We keep this information for as long as it's needed for those purposes.
Your choices
You can ask us to remove your information from the early-access list at any time. To do that, or to ask any question about how your information is handled, contact us at info@snow-contractor.com and we will remove it.
Accounts and payments
If you create a Snow Contractor account, we store the information you provide to run the service: your name, email address, company details and the property, work and team records you enter. We use it only to provide and support the service and do not sell it.
Paid plans are purchased through Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes your payment details and billing information under its own privacy policy; we do not receive or store your full card number. We receive purchase details such as your plan, subscription status, billing dates and a Paddle customer reference so we can give your workspace the right access.
Changes to this policy
Because Snow Contractor is in active development, this policy may be updated as the product and website evolve. Any updated version will be posted on this page.
