Reports that show the work
Every service ticket your crew files becomes a report you can open on screen or download to Excel. Open any line to see it broken down further.

Add-ons
Add-ons are optional and each applies only to the plans listed. Add-ons shown with a monthly or yearly price renew until you cancel them; the AI token top-up is a one-time purchase.

How billing works
- Who charges you. Payments are processed by Paddle, our reseller and merchant of record. You pay at checkout, and applicable taxes are calculated and shown before you confirm.
- Monthly or annual. Monthly plans renew every month. Annual plans cost 11 months for 12, billed once a year.
- Users. The plan's user limit counts the owner and every active member of your company.
- Upgrades and add-ons. You can change plans or add add-ons at any time from Plan & Billing. Mid-period changes are prorated.
- Cancelling. Cancel at period end in Plan & Billing. You keep paid features until the end of the period you paid for, then your workspace returns to the free plan. Your account and company data are not deleted.
- Refunds. See the refund policy. Complimentary access has no charge.
How AI tokens are counted
- Every AI request counts the input tokens (your question, the page context and earlier messages) plus the output tokens (the answer), as reported by the AI provider for that request.
- If the assistant looks something up or acts on your data, the follow-up request it makes to finish the answer counts too.
- Your monthly included tokens reset on your billing date and do not roll over. Purchased tokens never expire, stay on your account if you cancel or change plans, and are used only after the monthly included tokens run out (oldest purchase first).
- When tokens run out the assistant pauses until your next reset or a top-up. You are never charged automatically for extra usage.
How weather ZIP codes are counted
- Weather is limited by how many unique ZIP codes are active, not by how many forecasts you view. A ZIP code counts once no matter how many properties share it.
- ZIP capacity is not a monthly balance: it does not get used up or reset. Pausing a ZIP frees its spot immediately; resuming needs a free spot.
- Forecasts are shared and refreshed about every 30 minutes per ZIP, so opening the dashboard repeatedly does not use anything extra.
